Fallout 2 - Online Client
Open up FOConfig.exe and switch the language to English. Adjust the video/audio settings if you wish, then hit save&play. Two intro videos will play, then you will be brought to the main menu. From there follows these steps:
1. Hit "Registration".
2. Customize your character however you wish, entering a username and pass at the upper left-hand corner.
3. Hit "Done" when you are complete.
4. Login with your character name and pass, then play!
System Req. should be the same as Fallout 1 and 2:
