How can I download here?
You can't. This page does not give you any downloads. The files listed here are present on a Peer to Peer (P2P) network, either BitTorrent or Edonkey2000. ShareReactor provides you just with information about these files in those networks. With that, you need to have a client installed on your computer and then your client will download the file for you.
Which clients do you recommend?
You can see the clients list on the top right corner of the site, right? Those clients are tested by us and are considered the best available. Just pick the one that suits you best.
How do I use one? I have a problem downloading/uploading/anything

What are these r01, r02, r03 or 001, 002, 003 and so on, files?
Some of our releases are uploaded as their original packed form.
Those files are RAR files and they need to be extracted with an additional program. We recommend
WinRAR. Both Windows and *nix versions are available.
Do you have an IRC channel?
Sure. Our channel is located on EFnet and it is called

The channel is only for chatting. You are very welcome to discuss about releases and such, but there are no fservs or anything similar.

How much is The Pirate Bay exactly involved with the site?
The Pirate Bay hosts the site and tracks all of the torrents. Also some of the team are helping out at TPB. So the answer would be very much.
Where can I add my files to ShareReactor?
Nowhere. ShareReactor is no tracker, like
The Pirate Bay, but a release listing or an index if you want. Only administrators of the page can add new releases. Your best chance is to simply go and add it in
our forum and if an Admin notices it, they might verify it and put it online.

Interesting. We welcome you to announce it on the
Visitors Center forum as long as the suggestion makes sense, is doable and useful, chances are that that it will get added.
I want to be an admin!
If you apply to be an admin or ask to be an admin, you will never be an admin. New admins are chosen by the team and in most cases from our own community in the
forum. To become an admin, release new things (or collect old stuff) and make good releases in our forums. Admins will notice active members for certain and might nominate you to the rest of the team as a new addition. We are constantly looking for new people to bring into our evergrowing team.
Isn't eDonkey like dead? Why not a torrent only site?
Although the original ed2k client and second iteration called overnet are discontinued, the ed2k community has kept around for the past few years. Also ShareReactor started with that network in mind and has a large collection of files that are to this date, still available on the network. Thanks to the eMule client, the ed2k network is alive and kicking. While it is true that your latest TV fix will mostlikely hit you faster with a torrent, older files are a bit harder to find. Retention on the ed2k network is a lot better, so when you see ed2k links here, it's to keep the files alive longer. Just click the files, and forget about it, they will download and be complete, it just might take longer than with torrents, but it's hassle free.
